What it does
An agent designed for a workshop, not an office
Background sync
Files from ready orders are downloaded to the local folder you choose, per machine or per workshop. Automatic resume after a cut, large files split into parallel chunks.
Service mode
Installed as a system service, the agent runs even when the session is closed or nobody is logged in. The window is only there to control it.
Dedicated service accounts
The agent signs in with an account created for it from the Sync page, never a user account. Access revocable at any time, password never stored.
Web management
From your workspace: state of each workstation, pause / resume, immediate check, parallelism settings, history and errors, removal of obsolete workstations.
Automatic updates
New version published? The agent offers it (or installs it by itself if enabled) and restarts without intervention.
Security
Secure connection only, temporary download links, stable machine identity: reconnecting a workstation finds its folders again.
Installation
Three steps, five minutes

Download the installer
From your workspace, Sync page → "Install the agent". Choose Windows, macOS or Linux.

Create a service account
Sync page → "Agent accounts" → Create. A username and a generated password, shown once.
- 3
Connect the agent
Your workspace address, Test button, then username and password. Choose the folders to sync and, if you like, enable service mode.
Web side
You see every workstation, live
Each workstation reports its state every few seconds: pending, in progress, done, errors. You can pause a workstation, force a check, adjust parallelism or push an update, without moving.

Requirements
Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), macOS 12 or newer, or a recent Linux distribution. Stable internet connection. No local server needed. On Starter the agent is limited to one workstation; Pro and Business: unlimited workstations and service mode.
